During the early weeks of your stay, the International Relations Office will help you to find permanent accommodation, giving you a list of available flats, or help you to contact estate agency www.tecnocasa.it.

The approximate monthly rent for an individual flat is about €450/550 per person; if the flat is rented to a group of students, the cost is around €250/300 per person.

The International Relations Office can also supply a list of halls of residence in the town centre. The monthly charge for residence is approximately €400/450 per person.

You may also look at the following link where you can find announcements for vacant rooms or apartments to share with Italian students (permanent accommodation):

IMPORTANT: Many apartments or rooms you may find through local newspapers or online announcement boards such as craig's list are not rent controlled and are without legal rental contracts. It is advised to always request a legal rental contract to ensure the liability of the renter or owner of the property you rent from. In case of damage, theft, or any safety issues, the renter is not liable unless you are protected by a legal rental contract. The university declines any responsibility for students who decide to accept a rental without a proper rental contract.
