The Faculty of Economics and Law has allocated a fund of €1,500.00 to cover the expenses incurred by its students participating in business games, international competitions and presentations of papers at conferences.

Each student can receive a maximum refund of € 150.00 subject to availability.

In order to request a refund, the student’s participation must have been previously agreed/authorised by a Faculty professor. 

A Commission will be set up to ensure the correct allocation of reimbursements taking into account the availability of funds until the allocated amount is depleted.

The interested parties must hand in the following documents to the Admin Office of the Dean by 31 December 2019:

• written declaration of approval from the professor regarding the student’s participation in the initiative for which reimbursement of expenses is claimed;
• documents stating the type of initiative and the student’s relative participation;
• original proof of all expenses incurred.
